North Fulton

This area is located in Fulton County and includes Roswell, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, and recently incorporated in 2006, Milton.  I’ve also include the southern tip of Forsyth county that is Alpharetta.   This area is one of the fastest growing areas in Greater Metro Atlanta, and in the SE of the country!  Many corporations are headquartered in North Fulton & the demand for homes in the area is great.

Prices of homes here have risen substantially in the last few years.  Excellent public schools in North Fulton only add to the desirability of this area.  North Fulton offers easy access to GA400, Northpoint Mall, Ameris Bank Amphitheater(Concerts), Avalon & more.
